Services Information
We offer secondary processing. This means we do not offer slaughter, but take de-boned, whole clods and trim and break them down to process into snack sticks, sausages, bratwursts, hot dogs, links, patties, and more!
Meat can come from individual farms, but needs to be slaughtered at a USDA inspected facility and labeled as such. Alternatively, meat can be sourced directly through Carnico.
We can custom process and package a variety of products (see above) using existing recipes, by the customer bringing their recipes to us and us creating something for them, or by the customer bringing us their own established recipe that they would like us to utilize.
We provide the customer with label information including our USDA bug, ingredient listing with order of predominance, and can get nutrition facts for a fee as well.
Customers can provide their own labels (but should receive label approval from Carnico first to make sure all information is USDA compliant), or Carnico can print a generic label for the customer.
